Kilo is the data controller for information you give us. Our registered company name, number and privacy contact will be published here before launch.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone, postcode, details about your home and the products you are interested in, and anonymous usage events on our website.
Why
To prepare your plan, contact you about it, arrange a survey and installation, run Kilo OS for your home and meet our legal obligations. Our lawful bases are your request for a quote (steps before a contract), your consent for marketing, and our legitimate interests in running and improving our service.
Who we share it with
Our certified installation partners and field advisers working on your job, and service providers who host our systems and send our emails. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries for up to 2 years. Customer records for the life of your system and warranty, plus 6 years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by contacting us (contact details will be published here before launch). You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
