Prices and estimates
Prices on your plan include installation and are fixed unless the survey finds something that changes the job. Savings, generation and payback figures are estimates based on stated assumptions and are not guaranteed.
Deposits
Nothing is paid to book. A 25% deposit is taken only after your survey confirms the price, and is refundable for 14 days.
Cancellation
You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, plus any longer period set out in your contract.
Consumer code
Kilo will join a consumer code approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute before we take bookings. Details will be published here.
